Join Us

New men and women are always welcome to join us between September and May on Wednesday nights. We begin at 7:30pm in The 3 Horseshoes Pub’s barn in Towersey.  Absolute beginners, possessors of two left feet and experienced dancers are all equally welcome. From the beginning of May to the end of July we dance out at pubs on Wednesday evenings, and also at fetes, festivals and other functions. Many years include a foreign trip (sometimes more than one) where our displays of English tradition and folk culture have never failed to win us friends or to be immensely enjoyable.

In the wide world of Morris tradition there are men’s sides, women’s sides and mixed sides. Towersey Horseshoes Morris, a mixed side, will meet and dance out with any morris side because we enjoy it and enjoy sharing it.
